1. Scope of Services
Magenyx provides specialized cybersecurity consulting services tailored for influencers, content creators, and digital personalities. Our services include security advisory, continuous digital monitoring, and incident response support. All services are governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) executed between Magenyx and the Client.
2. No Guarantee of Zero Incidents
While Magenyx employs industry-leading strategies to protect your digital identity, you acknowledge that no security measure is 100% impenetrable. Magenyx does not guarantee that your accounts or data will be immune from all security breaches, hacking attempts, or unauthorized access. Our role is to mitigate risk and provide a robust defense-in-depth strategy.
3. Client Responsibilities
Effective security is a partnership. As a client, you agree to: (a) provide accurate information to facilitate our monitoring tools; (b) use our services only for lawful purposes,
4. Confidentiality & IP
We prioritize your privacy. Magenyx maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client data according to our Privacy Policy.
5. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magenyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a security incident. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services during the six months preceding the incident.
6. Suspension of Service
Magenyx may suspend or limit services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including non-payment, suspected abuse, security concerns, legal or policy violations, or risk to other clients. Magenyx is not liable for any loss caused by such a suspension, except where prohibited by law.
